Faviola Lorena Morales Morales

About me

I am the Director of Instructional Design for InterLearn. I make sure we apply the best practices and quality standards in our curriculum development process. I coordinate with the instructional Design team, the technical team internally, and with clients for content development.

In my previous roles as an instructional designer, I participated in e-learning projects encompassing research and business projects. I am a passionate lifelong learner, creative problem solver accustomed to working in an intercultural and interdisciplinary environment where teamwork, together with proactivity is paramount.

Cynthia Tweedell, Ph.D.

About me

Dr. Tweedell has been in higher education for over 40 years, first as a sociology faculty member, and since 1998 as a leader in assessment and accreditation at three different Christian colleges. She enjoys working with colleges to help them create a culture of assessment informing data-driven decision making. She has led accreditation self-studies for the Higher Learning Commission as well as the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. As a Peer Reviewer, Team Chair, and member of the Institutional Actions Council for the Higher Learning Commission she has led accreditation review teams for over fifteen years and understands the process and mindset of the accreditor.

About me

Monica has been working in higher education since 2013. She started out at a small Bible college working as an online academic advisor and has served as Director of Student Success, English/TESOL Teaching Faculty, TESOL, Curriculum Writer, Director of Online Education, and most recently, Prior Learning Assessment Coordinator for InterLearn. After working most of her higher ed career with adult and non-traditional students, Monica is passionate about helping students earn college credit for what they already know.
